Because these are delightfully divine pieces that are not found anywhere else, our customers have never wanted to return the creations purchased, and we do our best to describe and show each piece in its entirety. Having said that, if you desire to return your purchase, returning product is only accepted within 5 days of purchasing or receiving the product upon authorization. PLEASE contact us immediately for any & all problems of the product received, so we can do our best to satisfy any possible problems.
REDEEMED REMNANT holds the option for ANY needed dry cleaning cost to be recouped & paid for by customer if deemed necessary. The said cost of cleaning will be deducted from re-imbursement of initial purchase price to cover such issues of transferred smells, dirt or damage of goods. Any un-repairable or permanently damaged items will not be replaced or re-imbursed of said purchase cost. These are “one of a kind” pieces and cannot be replaced or (in most cases) recreated.
All glass items are securely packaged and insured when mailed out. Any damaged items received MUST include photos of damaged items AND the damaged packaging as it was received for return process to be considered.
