One-of-a-kind necklace of quality craftsmanship, made of (35) individually handmade “Heffalump” & violet lavender colored blown glass beads, with (14) Amethyst semi precious stone disc beads, then flanked by violet lavender opalescent beads for a luxurious color. This latest bright violet colored glass is called “Heffalump”, which is so fun and all the rage! “Heffalump” takes on a variety of colors; from a pretty light lavender to a soft pale blue, and in the sunlight it seems to show it’s lovely violet lavender side. The center focal bead is made of this “Heffalump” blown glass and is a slightly flattened hollow bead ( very difficult to make) with artistic soft white lines & drips. There are (6) beads of the same color combination with white raised dots that also have tiny centered bubbles in each dot to refract the light for true bedazzlement! Then there are (8) saucer beads that have a fabulous purple “frit/raku” effect that adds a real richness to this necklace. Just a beautiful uniquely avant-garde piece, that would be brilliant on a white blouse, or grey suit/dress. (first photo is the best true color)
